Cinema Detroit is a non-profit, educational institution, and is the only first-run, 7-day-a-week movie theater in Greater Downtown Detroit. We are supported by film lovers like you, whose generosity helps us sustain our operation and fulfill our mission:
- Promote media literacy and arts education.
- Provide a community gathering place for watching films and for the dialogue that they spark.
- Provide the city of Detroit and metro Detroit region with a breadth of film options, especially the best independent film.

The shirts cost $18 each and are available at the CD box office during business hours, or for those out of town, via ebay “Buy It Now,” shipping via USPS. This is a forest green t-shirt with white Cinema Detroit logo, designed by Paula, and silk-screened in Detroit on high-quality American-made shirts.
